Fully authenticated Credit or Purchase Cards are accepted (UK Mainland ONLY).

Standard charged £25.00 for delivery in the UK

Total orders Under £10.00  please call for price,  as order must be taken over the phone

All prices are subject to VAT.

Packing and Carriage Charges
Standard Carriage (for order value £20.00 up to £2,500.00 NET) £25.00 Net, U.K. mainland; Carriage charge £65.00 Net, (for order value between £2,501 and £5,000 NET); Carriage charge £249.95 Net,(for order value of £5,001 and above).
We reserve the right to charge full cost of carriage on consignments as and when notified. Overnight charge, under 25kgs £16.00 NET. Over 25kgs when requested at cost. "Timed deliveries and A.M. deliveries by arrangement at cost." Full carriage is chargeable on all offshore orders including Channel Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Mann and N.I.


Variation of Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions can only be varied, altered or changed in writing by a Director of the Company. No employee of the Company has the authority to vary, add or amend any of the above terms and conditions.

Aborted Delivery
If delivery address supplied is incomplete or the delivery is refused for any reason and our carrier has to put the delivery on hold. We will charge for holds and re-delivery costs in full to you.

Cancellation
No order may be cancelled by a customer without our consent in writing. Absolute home office design  reserves the right to claim all loss and expenses which may be incurred as a result of cancellation.

Site Delivery
All goods delivered as directed to customers site are not treated as delivered to customers own premises. It is the responsibility of the customer to sign for receipt and check for conformity.Absolute home office design  will consider signed paperwork as proof of delivery. All goods signed for in good order will cancel any future claim for damage at any time.Absolute home office design  do not accept responsibility for any damage claim after time of delivery. There is a £2.50 charge for notification of delivery to customers site.

Return of Goods
Goods which have been correctly supplied and despatched by the Company in accordance with a customers order but which the customer no longer wishes to retain may only be returned after the approval of a Director of Absolute home office design has been sought and granted. Application to return correctly supplied goods must be made within 7-10 days of receipt of goods. A 25% handling charge of list price is made for re-stocking or a minimum charge of £20.00 NET.A 75% credit will be issued for any products whereby the packaging is opened but the products have been untouched. Collection will be an extra charge. Estimate of cost for such collections can be given. On acceptance goods must be returned or made available for collection within 7-10 days. All goods can only be accepted if in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.

Upon receipt of a delivery only order,Please read quote at time of placing order as items can not be changed once order has been delivered with out extra cost to you the customer.It is the customers responsibility to check details are correct  at time of placing order.
If you the customer decides that the product is unsuitable and wishes to return it,then a collection charge will be applied and a credit for the products will only be issued once the condition of return has been assessed.(Please be careful when opening the package, if the package is not resealable and any  packaging is removed no credit will be issued for that item) as thy are then deemed un-salable condition

"Goods which are deemed specials and have been manufactured especially to such order specification are non-returnable".


1.  All orders are accepted on the basis of prices ruling at the time of dispatch.

2.  All delivery items are subject to the availability of materials and services.

3.  We do not accept any responsibility for failure of services or circumstances beyond our control.

4.  Delivery times are given in good faith and we cannot guarantee or accept responsibility for timed and
     dated deliveries where carried by third parties.

5.  We cannot be held accountable for any charges or compensation wherein we have not given prior agreement
     for services provided due to late delivery.

Samples: These are sent as chargeable goods to be credited on return. Goods returned

within 30 days which are in a resalable condition and original packaging is credited in full.

Samples retained after 30 days will be charged unless prior arrangement is made for the

extension of the loan period. Only samples returned in a resalable condition and

original packaging will be credited. We reserve the right to charge for shortages and

damaged goods in full.

 

Z- FURNITURE  Delivery Tariff


All Z-FURNITURE items England & Wales  £40.00 up to 5 items, subsequent items £10.00 per item,Deliveries within central London  £6.00 surcharge per delivery congestion zone (Mon-Fri)
Deliveries to Northern Ireland @ Eire and off-shore Islands £50.00 surcharge per Delivery.
